At Beauty Dept., I value your time and appreciate your support. To ensure fairness and provide the best experience for all clients, the following refund policy skincare Las Vegas and cancellation policies apply:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Due to the nature of beauty services, all services are non-refundable once performed.
If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. I am happy to offer a follow-up consultation or touch-up (when appropriate) to address your concerns.
Retail products may be returned within 7 days if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation.
Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person upon request.
Expiry dates apply and will be listed at the time of purchase.
This policy allows me to offer the highest quality service, maintain fairness to all clients, and respect the time and effort that goes into preparing for each appointment.
