All appointments must be booked in advance, either online or directly through Beauty Dept.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or a need to reschedule.
A valid contact method (email/phone) is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may result in future booking restrictions.
Payments are due at the time of service.

Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
Services are non-refundable once rendered.
If you’re unsatisfied, please contact Beauty Dept. within 72 hours for a follow-up or adjustment.
Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days. Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications prior to receiving treatment.
Beauty Dept. reserves the right to refuse service if a condition is present that could be aggravated by treatment.
Cleanliness, sanitation, and professional-grade products are prioritized at every visit.
Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive certain treatments (e.g., chemical peels, waxing in sensitive areas).
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have written consent.
Gift cards and promotional offers must be presented at the time of service.
Expiry dates apply and are strictly enforced.
Offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
